What can I expect at the retreat?

Nurture retreat provides holistic postpartum care to promote physical recovery and emotional wellbeing. Our luxury experience incorporates evidenced based healing and recovery modalities with ancestral knowledge customized to the needs of each guest.

Each stay booked with Nurture includes luxury hotel accommodations, a 24-hour nursery, nutritious meals and snacks, onsite experts in postpartum care, infant care education, and social programming.

Birthing parents receive three nutritious meals each day, with a focus on warming and nourishing food to support your postpartum recovery. Meals for partners are an additional cost, but can be added on to any retreat package.

Who is this retreat designed for?

Nurture is designed to cater to the needs of first-time and experienced parents as well as families that have experienced late term pregnancy loss.

How does your retreat support culturally competent care?

Culturally competent care and inclusivity are engrained in the ethos and mission of our company. We ensure comprehensive staff training in cultural sensitivity and awareness, respecting diverse traditions and beliefs. Our program offerings and services are designed to accommodate cultural preferences and traditions, fostering an inclusive environment where every mother receives personalized and respectful postpartum support.

How long should I stay at the retreat?

We require a minimum of three nights and recommend our guests to stay at least a 7 days for recovery benefits. Guests can stay up to a maximum of twelve weeks.

How can I book a reservation?

You can make a reservation by clicking "Book Now" in the main navigation on our website. This will take you to our reservation form.

We are accepting reservations for stays beginning November 4, 2024 or later. We require a 20% deposit to hold your reservation. Your reservation is fully refundable at any time as per our cancellation policy.

How much does the retreat cost?

What is your cancellation policy?

  1. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior are fully refundable.

  2. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date are entitled to a 50% refund.

  3. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged in full for their reservation.

This policy does not apply to cancellations made due to pregnancy loss and other medical necessity, which are subject to a full refund.

Can I use insurance of FSA/HSA to cover my stay?

Yes, we accept FSA and HSA for services rendered. Guests will also provided with an itemized bill that they can submit to their insurance company and HSA/FSA providers for reimbursement for specific non-medical, postnatal and lactation services received during their stay. Reimbursement amounts are determined by the guest’s insurance plan. Please consult with your insurance company or HSA/FSA provider for their specific policies.

How am I billed?

Reservation

  • We charge a 20% at the time of reservation for all bookings made more than 30 days prior to check-in.

  • This deposit is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to the start of your reservation.

  • For guests making reservations within 30 days of check-in, we charge the full amount of the stay at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are fully or partially refundable as per our cancellation policy.

1 Month Prior

  • We will reach out one month prior to your stay to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have.

  • After confirming your details at this consultation, we will charge the card on file for the remaining balance of your the stay.

  • This charge is non-refundable unless in the case of a medical concern.

Check-Out

  • Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be charged to the card on file upon check-out.

  • At the end of your stay, we will provide an itemized super bill to you so that you can file for reimbursement with your insurance provider.

How do you ensure babies are kept safe?

We are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, especially our most precious ones.

The nursery will remain locked and is only accessible by Nurture Care staff. A member of our staff will always remain with your baby when the baby is not with you. Security cameras are present in our nursery and live streams are available for parents 24/7.

Additionally, we work with the property to ensure intermittent security sweeps of the floor. Identification bracelets are also provided for parents and babies with corresponding numbers unique to each family.
