What can I expect with the in-home service offering?

Our in-home concierge offering provides holistic postpartum care to promote physical recovery and emotional wellbeing. Our luxury experience incorporates evidenced based healing and recovery modalities with ancestral knowledge customized to the needs of each guest.

Our base package includes comprehensive postnatal care designed to support both the birthing person and their family during the critical postpartum period. For three days, you will receive fresh, organic meals from Chiyo, offering gluten-free, vegetarian, and pescatarian options. Each day includes three meals and snacks for two adults, as well as seaweed recovery broth from OMA, which helps replenish essential minerals to aid your recovery.

Our doulas, who are IBCLC certified, will visit for 3 hours each day to support your breastfeeding journey and provide any help you and your baby need. You’ll also enjoy a daily hour of holistic treatment, choosing between a lymphatic massage or reflexology to promote healing and relaxation.

Additionally, a light cleaning service is included for 1.5 to 2 hours on the day of your choice, assisting with chores like laundry. This comprehensive service ensures you receive the nourishment, care, and rest you need during your recovery.

Who are the in-home services designed for?

Nurture is designed to cater to the needs of first-time and experienced parents as well as families that have experienced late term pregnancy loss. for families that have experienced loss you will be assigned a doula that specialize in grief and loss support.

How do your services support culturally competent care?

Culturally competent care and inclusivity are engrained in the ethos and mission of our company. We ensure comprehensive staff training in cultural sensitivity and awareness, respecting diverse traditions and beliefs. Our program offerings and services are designed to accommodate cultural preferences and traditions, fostering an inclusive experience where every birthing person receives personalized and respectful postpartum support.

How long should I book in-home concierge services?

We require a minimum of three nights and recommend our clients to book at least a 14 days for recovery benefits. We can customize packages to suite each families needs.

How can I book a reservation?

You can make a reservation by clicking "Book Now" in the main navigation on our website. This will take you to our reservation form.

We are accepting bookings for services beginning November 4, 2024 or later. We require a 20% deposit to hold your reservation. Your reservation is fully refundable at any time as per our cancellation policy.

How much does the in-home concierge service cost?

What is your cancellation policy?

  1. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior are fully refundable.

  2. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date are entitled to a 50% refund.

  3. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged in full for their reservation.

This policy does not apply to cancellations made due to pregnancy loss and other medical necessity, which are subject to a full refund.

Can I use insurance of FSA/HSA to cover my in-home services?

Yes, we accept FSA and HSA for services rendered. Clients will also provided with an itemized bill that they can submit to their insurance company and HSA/FSA providers for reimbursement for specific non-medical, postnatal and lactation services received during their stay. Reimbursement amounts are determined by the guest’s insurance plan. Please consult with your insurance company or HSA/FSA provider for their specific policies.

How am I billed?

Reservation

  • We charge a 20% at the time of reservation for all bookings made more than 30 days prior to check-in.

  • This deposit is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to the start of your reservation.

  • For guests making reservations within 30 days of check-in, we charge the full amount of the stay at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are fully or partially refundable as per our cancellation policy.

1 Month Prior

  • We will reach out one month prior to your stay to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have.

  • After confirming your details at this consultation, we will charge the card on file for the remaining balance of your the stay.

  • This charge is non-refundable unless in the case of a medical concern.

Check-Out

  • Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be charged to the card on file upon check-out.

  • At the end of your stay, we will provide an itemized super bill to you so that you can file for reimbursement with your insurance provider.
