3 Day In-Home Service
The Nurture & Restore Package

Postnatal food delivery
Fresh, organic, meals from Chiyo (gluten-free, vegetarian and pescatarian options available. (3) meals + snacks per day, for 3 days. Seaweed recovery broth from OMA. For one adult.
Doula & Breastfeeding Support
3 hour* visit each day to support you and your baby with whatever you need on that day. Our doulas are IBCLC certified to support your breastfeeding journey.
Treatment
1 hour holistic/lymphatic massage or reflexology (feet, hands) for 1 day of your choice.
Cleaning Service
1.5 - 2 hour to support with light cleaning, laundry for 1 day of your choice.
*additional hours can be added for an upgrade fee, max daytime hours are 6 hours per day. Evening doula support is available upon request.
2 Day In-Home Service
The Tranquility Support Package

1 hour herbal foot bath.

Looking for a custom in-home postnatal recovery experience? All custom retreat packages include the services outlined above, we will customize your retreat to suit you and your families individual needs.
Retreat Day Pass

Our 6 hour day pass includes access to programming in at our in-person retreat, group counseling with a mental health therapist and foot bath. Add-on services including acupuncture and massage are available at an additional cost.
Limited day passes will be available per day and will be prioritized for birthing people most in need.
